The new Degelman bale processors are the most rugged and reliable processors available. They are designed for the professional to process bales day in and day out. No matter how the bale is oriented in the chamber or the condition of the bale, Degelman bale processors will process soft core, hard core, silage and squares under two minutes − no sweat.
Mighty, standard features. |
NEW X-ROTOR
The heart of the Degelman bale processors is the new and exclusive X-Rotor: increased wind velocity blows straw uniformly over 60 feet; cut twine in minutes; and process the toughest bales quietly without flail slap. This oversized rotor and high tip speed processes silage or frozen bales in any bale orientation. |
OPERATOR COMFORT
Right-hand discharge aligned with right-hand tractor controls greatly improves safety, visibility, operator comfort and ergonomics - an industry first. |
AGGRESSIVE BEATERS
The twin hydraulic beaters are designed to be aggressive and powerful to ensure bales process in any orientation. |
TWINE REMOVAL DOESN’T
GET ANY EASIER
Typical bale processors have round drums and shafts that act as spools making twine removal difficult. Degelman’s X-Rotor bridges the twine making cutting and removal effortless. Special alignment of the rotor is not required. |
EXCLUSIVE GEARBOX DESIGN
The tractor PTO is reversed with a custom designed 1:1 ratio heavy-duty gearbox for right-hand discharge. This high quality gearbox has a flawless service record and incorporates polished gear sets that eliminate chains, sprockets and unnecessary moving parts. |
IMPORTANT STANDARD FEATURES
New X-Rotor with heavy 3/4” x 1-1/2” flails, two aggressive beaters that can handle feeding your bale even when improperly loaded, hydraulic discharge shield that can be adjusted “on the go”, and adjustable chop settings for more or less aggressive processing. A fine chop option may also be purchased for an even finer cut. Our patented right-hand discharge option is simple, reliable and incorporates a custom designed heavy-duty gearbox.

BEDDING - SAVE 50%
Degelman processors are the tools of choice for mucky, wet and cold conditions. University studies prove well-bedded cattle have improved weight gains, improved health, less stress and reduced mortality rates. Use less straw by creating a thick uniform layer of dry bedding in minutes from the comfort of the tractor cab.
40 AND 100 BUSHEL GRAIN TANKS
Even the best bales require supplemental feed value to meet cattle energy demands in cold weather. The 3110 TR, 3120 TR and 4120 TR incorporate a stable and easy to fill rear mounted grain tank and six inch discharge auger to top-dress and supplement windrows in one pass.
FEED COSTS - SAVE 30%
Windrow and bunk feeding is dramatically more efficient than traditional methods. Reduce trampling, contamination and stress on the herd by providing fine cut hay into equal feed rations in a windrow. Dust, mold and mildew are blown away making marginal hay more palatable. A hydraulically controlled top door is lowered to feed hay into tight windrows and an adjustable bottom baffle is raised to feed bunks precisely.
SAVE 20% WITH FINE CUT OPTION
For tough silage and hay such as clover, a fine cut option can easily be installed to cut material finer and make the hay even more palatable. This option is often used in combination with a TMR or mix wagon.
IMPROVE PASTURE MANAGEMENT
Processors produce a nice even spread pattern using less bedding material and shorter straw, making it more manageable. Feeding cattle in different locations promotes exercise, increases land productivity and keeps cattle clean.
BETTER FIELD INCORPORATION
Processed hay and straw breaks down easier in the field and creates more of an even spread pattern in combination with a manure spreader.
