The gearbox also has the highest torque rating for rotary cutter applications worldwide. |

HEAVY-DUTY BLADE CARRIERS
Our blade carrier is made from three quarter inch steel plate that is four times thicker than most conventional pans. The mounting hub is heavily
re-enforced at the center and included in the design are four blade mounting locations that utilize our exclusive square and tapered bolt
to eliminate play. The result is a tight, tough and safe blade carrier. |

HIGH IMPACT RESISTANT STEEL
It all starts with the steel. The tougher the steel the tougher the equipment deck - the backbone of the whole machine.
So, we went back to the manufacturer and asked them to come up with even better steel. They did. The outcome is impact resistant steel with three to four times the lifespan of standard grade A36. It resists rusting better and can withstand shock loading with less or no damage.
With improved steel, the Degelman Cutter will last longer, endure more punishment in the field and retain a higher resale value. |
