The live floor has a 3/4” grade 80 chain with a higher breaking strength, and the innovative vertical beater system delivers rock-steady performance, and uniform spread.
After producers explained their challenges handling manure under a variety of extreme weather and field conditions, the Bio Spreader addresses their biggest concerns: affordability, load capacity, ease of use, maintenance, maneuverability, spread consistency and uniformity. The BioSpreader has an all heavy-duty design, can be simultaneously loaded by a Track Hoe and Skid Steer, and has patented reversable/replaceable teeth, a tighter turning radius for best maneuverability, and a uniform and consistent spreading pattern.
