Degelman Industries LP is searching for an individual(s) to join our Research and Development team as a Design Engineer. Degelman Industries LP is a vibrant company in the agricultural manufacturing industry known for leading innovation and quality products. As a Design Engineer you would be working in a team environment on processing engineering change notices, product updates and new product development.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or related field
• Good understanding of manufacturing processes and lean principals
• Experience with Solidworks or similar CAD software
• Good communication, time management and interpersonal skills. 
• Mechanical aptitude with practical design experience
• Good understanding of agricultural industry and current practices
