Renn Mill Center LP, a division of Degelman, is seeking a skilled and reliable Machinist to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining machining equipment to produce precision parts while meeting quality and safety standards. 

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Set up and operate manual and/or CNC machines (lathes, mills, grinders).
2. Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
3. Measure and inspect parts using precision measuring tools.
4. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment.
5. Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
6. Follow company’s safety program, policies, procedures and practices.
7. Work closely with supervisors and team members.
8. Perform other related tasks required.

Employment Requirements:

1. Education:  Completion of secondary school education is required.
2. Work Experience: At least 2 years machining experience is required.
3. Preference will be given to candidates with Journeyman Machinist certification or equivalent experience.
4. Strong blueprint reading and measurement skills.
5. Experience with CNC programming (an asset).
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Working Hours: 10 hours/day, 40 hours/week; 4:00 PM – 2:30 AM, Monday-Thursday; 3 days off on weekends
